Facilities All of our rooms and facilities are located on the same level, so there is no walking up large flights of stairs (the home is elevated off the ground). 2 Separate lounge/family areas as well as an undercover rear deck allow for full use of the home for either indoor or outdoor entertaining. For inside dining, the home has an equipped dining room and functional breakfast bar. Hasta Manyana has 4 Separate Living Quarters and is serviced by 4 separate bathrooms, 2 are Ensuite, however there is a total of 6 toilets. This open planned home which is tiled throughout and all rooms have ceiling fans for cool comfort in the warmer months. The lounge room has a stereo, as well a Satellite TV & DVD player. The Rumpus room also has a Pool Table. There is a Washing Machine and Tub located in the home as well, so you can do all your washing. In the Kitchen there is a Fridge Freezer Combo, as well as a Stainless Steel Upright Cooker. On the rear deck is an additional small Freezer and a Small Fridge. The 2 master bedrooms both consist of a Queen Bed (2 pax) and Bedroom 3 & 4 contain 2 bunk beds (1 Single, 1 Double) in each (6 Pax), this allows 14 people to sleep in comfort on existing bedding. Bedding -Doona/Bed Spread/Pillows are supplied, Linen - ie. Sheets & Towels are not supplied in any Periods. All persons must supplied their own linen, Sleeping bags will not suffice as doonas get used as top covers. There is no Garage access when booking without a Vehicle. If you book with a vehicle, you will have garage access to one garage. If you book with 2 vehicles, you will have garage access to two garages. Self Drive clientele have no garage access. Please Note: The house is to be left the way it was found. With the floor swept or vacuumed. Toilets are to be left clean as well as the bathrooms, kitchen and BBQ. All tables (Interior & Exterior) and cooking surfaces are to be wiped down. If this is not adheared to. A cleaning charge of $150.00 will apply At the present time the home being on Fraser Island is Generator Powered not Solar Powered, Please keep this in mind. This requires that fuel is to be put into the generator on a regular basis & the Generator shed door is to be left open to allow the unit to breathe. |
